Return Policy

All sales are final upon submission of an order in person, by phone, email, or through dyphorshop.com. Dyphor does not assume responsibility for delivery or storage of your purchased goods. Storage charges may apply where necessary and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, note any defects or damage if/when it is offered at a discount, and we also require your inspection and signature when picking up or upon delivery.  If, however, you should discover a material defect in your merchandise, please contact us by phone at (347) 725-3055 or by e-mail at dyphorny@gmail.com immediately. Any problems with your order or merchandise must be reported to the merchant within 48 hours of receipt. Any approved returns will be for eligible for store credit and applicable only to store merchandise.

Custom Orders

Custom orders, particularly of upholstery items, begin production immediately upon order and are built to meet your choice of style, cover, finish, and other details. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. All custom orders must be paid in full prior to scheduling delivery (or pickup of eligible items) and are not subject to refund of any kind.

Pricing

All prices in in our store and on our website are shown in US dollars. All transactions are subject to applicable taxes according to state and local rates. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change without notice.

Payments made with Affirm Financing:

Affirm loans are made by Cross River Bank, Member FDIC. Subject to eligibility check and approval, and a down payment may be required. Payment options depend on your purchase amount.

Payments

DyphorShop.com accepts payments from PayPal, Amazon Pay, QuadPay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. PayPal is the preferred way to pay online due to its safety and speed. PayPal stores and safeguards your credit card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop.

Orders to other countries outside of the United States may be subject to vat, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your Country. We ship your package according to incoterm delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect vat, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside United States and we cannot predict what your estimated charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

DIGITAL GIFT CARDS & CERTIFICATES

Electronic gift cards purchased on dyphorshop.com are subject to the following terms and conditions. Gift certificates are valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase, at which time they will expire and no longer carry a balance. Redemption may be made online or in store. Gift cards are good for all products and services, but are not redeemable to cash and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards or certificates. Dyphor New York gift cards may not be sold or re-sold under any circumstances without written consent by Dyphor New York. Dyphor New York is not responsible for misplaced, lost, or stolen gift card or certification information. All responsibility for the tracking and redemption of a valid not expired gift card lies with the purchaser. Subject to availability.
